Since 1985, Bob has tried cases to judges and juries throughout Texas and regularly handles complex matters of critical importance to his clients. He has developed substantive knowledge in a number of areas, including securities, real estate, employment, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder derivative and oppression claims. Bob has also handled numerous appeals and is a member of the firm's appellate practice group. Bob is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
