Rob offers strategic counsel on all aspects of corporate immigration law, regulation, policy, and compliance, including nonimmigrant work visas, permanent residence, naturalization, family-based matters, and corporate restructuring. He advises employers on implementing comprehensive I-9 and E-Verify compliance programs and provides legal representation on government audits and administrative actions.

As a former in-house lawyer at a Fortune 50 technology company, Rob brings a unique perspective to his clients. He is passionate about identifying and overseeing process improvement projects which increase the quality of services and achieve significant cost savings for clients. He is a frequent speaker before business and employer associations, such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has authored multiple articles and blogs on topics including green cards and nonimmigrant work visas.
