Rob Neale has over 25 years of experience working with industry-leading companies and entrepreneurs to successfully manage their global workforces in line with business objectives. His practice focuses on providing effective immigration solutions for employers in the Pacific Northwest and throughout the United States. His clients are leaders in fields such as software, design, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, fine arts, sports, international trade, and engineering. 

Rob offers strategic counsel on all aspects of corporate immigration law, regulation, policy, and compliance, including nonimmigrant work visas, permanent residence, naturalization, family-based matters and corporate restructuring. He advises employers on implementing comprehensive I-9 and E-Verify compliance programs and provides legal representation on government audits and administrative actions.

As a former in-house lawyer at Microsoft Corporation, Rob brings a unique perspective to his clients. He understands how a client’s internal immigration policies and practices can be used as a competitive advantage in hiring and retaining the best foreign talent. He is passionate about identifying and overseeing process improvement projects which increase quality of services and achieve significant cost savings for clients. He is a frequent speaker before business and employer associations, such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has authored multiple articles and blogs on topics including green cards and nonimmigrant work visas.
