Nicole Koppinger advises clients on business and estate planning matters, charitable gifting, and commercial real estate transactions.

Nicole counsels individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning including asset protection, wealth transfer planning, charitable gifting, and wealth preservation. To ensure her clients’ long-term financial and familial goals are met, Nicole utilizes estate planning and tax strategies specific to each client.

Nicole also assists clients with commercial real estate acquisition, leasing, and development, including the sale, leasing, and purchase of office buildings, shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, and multi-family housing. Investors, contractors, and developers seek Nicole to structure syndications, to review asset purchase agreements, and to help facilitate the real estate development process.

Entrepreneurs and business owners rely on Nicole to advise them on the various issues a business will encounter throughout its life cycle.  Nicole advises business owners on entity structuring and formation, business succession planning, and drafting and negotiating contracts. Nicole drafts buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements for both large and small enterprises.
