Nicholas Perino

Nic is a trusted advisor, working with clients to structure and document real estate, asset, and entity acquisitions and dispositions including, but not limited to, drafting and negotiating complex contracts and performing comprehensive due diligence. Additionally, Nic assists corporate clients in entity formation and structuring of organizational documents including operating agreement and partnership agreements, joint venture counseling and formation, corporate governance, as well as advising clients on day-to-day business decisions.  

Through Nic’s prior experience as the General Counsel of a private equity real estate fund, Nic has developed the ability to view business operations through a different lens, allowing him to understand the concerns of clients while helping clients navigate issues to achieve their goals.
