Nicholas Needle has broad litigation experience that encompasses a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, legal malpractice defense, personal injury, Title VII, and defamation.  He is also a key member of the Title IX & Campus Disciplinary practice, where he represents and counsels students throughout the country who are being investigated for disciplinary charges arising out of a higher educational institution’s Title IX policy or student conduct code.

Nick’s time in practice has given him experience in nearly all facets of litigation, including initial client intake, drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to written discovery, reviewing and producing documents on a large-scale basis, conducting depositions of plaintiffs and fact witnesses, preparing and responding to motions for summary judgment, conducting arbitrations, and presenting oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division.  He has also represented companies that have been served with third-party subpoenas for documents and deposition testimony.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick completed a two-year clerkship on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Nick is a cum laude graduate of Villanova University School of Law and was an Articles Editor for the Villanova Law Review.
