Nicholas K. Low

Nicholas K. Low is an associate in Clark Hill Strasburger’s Fidelity, Surety & Coverage group, based in the firm’s Dallas office.  His practice focuses on the representation of commercial line insurers in matters including questions of coverage, Stowers' liability and "bad faith" issues. He has extensive experience in federal court representing clients in complex litigation involving commercial disputes and insurance-related issues.

Before joining Clark Hill Strasburger, Nicholas was an associate with a large Dallas-based firm where his practice focused on insurance coverage matters. Prior to private practice, Nicholas clerked for the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant, III on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and for the Honorable Irma C. Ramirez on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. While in law school, Nicholas was the Comment Editor for the SMU Law Review and the Student Director of the peer tutoring program.
