Naomi Murphy’s experience includes assisting start-ups and early stage companies in relation to their corporate structures, commercial agreements and regulatory frameworks. She also has drafted and negotiated a wide variety of commercial contracts, including services and franchising agreements, intellectual property licence agreements, strategic and bespoke partnership agreements.

Additionally, Naomi has acted for majority shareholders of a venture capital firm, property development company, wind farm energy provider, product design company, food distributor and environmental service provider in capital raising and advising on restructuring and shareholder agreements.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Naomi trained at a full service corporate law firm. There, she gained a wide range of experience in company, contract and commercial law, banking and financial services, commercial litigation, and property law.
