Nadine Dabaja supports employers in various labor and employment matters including  compliance with federal employment law and defense against wrongful termination and workplace discrimination claims.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Nadine worked as a law clerk in the Michigan Department of Attorney General’s Criminal Division, where she spearheaded the Hate Crimes Unit. She also worked for the City of Dearborn’s City Council Department, where she communicated with city residents on the Council’s behalf, conducted research to assist in policymaking, and worked with other city officials to address resident concerns and municipal budgeting.
