Michael Vogt helps clients resolve complex real estate issues. This includes guiding clients through the zoning entitlement process and representing clients in a variety of disputes related to the purchase, sale, leasing, and management of commercial real estate.

He frequently represents national landlords and tenants in lease disputes throughout the country and has litigated or negotiated settlements in numerous complex cases involving both eviction procedures and high-exposure claims for damages.

Michael also serves as national zoning counsel for clients and regularly represents clients at the municipal level to secure zoning approvals for a variety of commercial uses, both in Michigan and throughout the country. Michael has also successfully litigated multiple state and federal lawsuits arising out of zoning decisions.
