Michael Ripp represents lenders, borrowers, buyers, and sellers in commercial real estate and asset-based loan transactions and real estate purchases and sales.

Mike’s experience includes many retail, office, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and assisted living projects. This includes leasehold loans (including Arizona State Land Department trust land leases), mezzanine loans, and loan syndications and participations (both as counsel to the lead lender and as counsel to the co-lenders or participants). Mike often serves as counsel to financial institutions in Arizona loan transactions, workouts, and enforcement activities, as well as Arizona counsel to both lenders and borrowers in multistate loan transactions.
