Michael represents buyers and sellers in acquisition transactions, including mergers, stock purchases, and asset purchases in a variety of industries, including real estate, staffing, manufacturing, and technology. Michael performs comprehensive due diligence, negotiates and drafts acquisition documents, and advises buyers and sellers throughout the acquisition transaction.

Michael advises corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities in all phases of the business cycle. In this practice, he advises on the formation and structuring of business entities, negotiates and drafts organizational documents including shareholders agreements, operating agreements and partnership agreements, advises on internal governance matters, and negotiates and drafts commercial agreements.
