Lori Cardew-Lowers advises land developers in a variety of transactional matters including acquisition and disposition of real property, planning and zoning, easements, development agreements, right of way contribution agreements, and impact fee credit agreements. Lori assists clients by being proactive and finding creative solutions to development hurdles.

Lori has over 15 years of experience in counseling land development focusing on real property acquisitions, including contract drafting, negotiations, and entity formation. She is experienced in real estate development, land use, zoning, permitting, title matters, homeowner’s association formation, and drafting covenants and restrictions.
