Laura Sherry represents clients in various fidelity and surety litigation matters in state and federal courts across the United States.

Laura’s experience includes complex business disputes, construction defect matters, and other litigation matters involving both tort and contractual claims. Laura advocates for clients on personal matters, including family law, personal injury, and probate issues, and assists clients with necessary estate planning.

Laura strives to obtain pre-litigation resolution of disputes for her clients.  However, when pre-litigation resolutions are not feasible, Laura collaborates with clients to design litigation strategies and provide legal advice. Laura applies her case management, motion practice, and negotiation skills to shape the direction and duration of a case to resolve it in a prompt and cost-effective manner.

Having previously worked as a civil engineer, Laura’s design and construction background brings a unique perspective that enables her to analyze and assess facts, determine best possible outcomes, and efficiently guide clients through all phases of the litigation process.
