Keith Rossman defends businesses in state and federal courts against a broad range of labor and employment claims. This includes single plaintiff actions alleging discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and the like, as well as multi-plaintiff wage and hour class actions and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Keith provides a comprehensive range of advising and counseling services to business clients on emerging trends and compliance across industries—including warehousing, manufacturing and hospitality. Keith considers each client’s unique circumstances and develops strategies to address clients’ business and legal needs simultaneously.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Keith’s legal practice included commercial litigation, intellectual property, personal injury and malpractice defense. Keith draws on his experience in these other areas when helping clients find the best solutions to their employment matters.
