Jose G. Cabada
Jose Cabada represents employers in a wide range of employment-related matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
Jose has defended employers in a variety of industries in cases involving discrimination on the basis of race, sex age, and disability, as well as in wage and hour disputes involving claims of unpaid overtime, failure to pay minimum wage, and failure to provide meal and rest breaks.
During law school, Jose clerked at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Special Prosecution Unit where his efforts contributed to convictions in multiple attempted murder trials.
