John F. Rabe, Jr. assists clients in various transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, securities offerings and compliance, business formation, corporate governance, and contract preparation.

John’s previous experience includes representing businesses and shareholders in commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, and derivative suits, and counseling his clients on debtor-creditor rights, both inside and outside bankruptcy. The variety of his background helps him anticipate and address potential risks for his corporate clients.
