John O’Connor deploys advanced client service solutions that often include innovative process, service and business models to give our clients a competitive edge. John also leads ASSET360, a multidisciplinary Cybersecurity & White Collar Crime attorney team, imbedded with cybersecurity, crisis management, and intelligence professionals that provide our clients a stronger and interconnected defense against operational threats and complex legal situations. He also has executive responsibilities for our Construction Business Unit, our in house eDiscovery Practice – IG360, / legal industry Six Sigma based consulting service, our Crisis Communications Service – RG360, and Clark Hill’s Alternative Legal Staffing Division.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, John held roles of CEO and COO in the legal services industry for over 8 years, providing advanced consulting services for corporations and law firms. John brings more than 15 years of multi-industry operational expertise to Clark Hill, concentrated in workforce solutions, organizational strategy, and legal services innovation/efficiency. He has provided leadership and large scale consulting in multiple industries including: entertainment (Sony), logistics (Fedex), insurance brokerage (Marsh), cyber & defense (SSD and Integrated Defense Concepts), and sports/manufacturing (Nike) industries.

John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, with additional training in cognitive science, organizational behavioral science, and organizational re-engineering.

His in-depth knowledge of how people think, and what makes organizations effective, combined with his alternate process solution experience, provide an effective avenue of legal industry innovation that is designed to benefit the Clark Hill client through advanced services.
