Jessie Li represents public and privately listed companies, investment banks and institutional stakeholders in emerging technology, semiconductor, biotechnology, software, life sciences and utility industries.

Jessie has represented issuers, underwriters and institutional investors in various public offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on and secondary public offerings, private investment in public equity (PIPEs), At-the-Market offerings, Rule 144A offerings, tender offers and convertible debt financings. Jessie has experience in reviewing and drafting a wide array of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings and related documents. Jessie also has experience in start-up work, such as a variety of corporate governance, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisition (M&A) work.
