Jessica Hardy provides legal advice on and litigates construction and business matters. She principally represents construction professionals including architects, engineers, owners, and developers.

Jessica advises clients on every aspect of a project and the design and construction industry including contracting, risk-mitigation, guidance to resolve project issues, non-litigated claims, mediation, litigation, and arbitration. She also performs architectural and engineering contract negotiations and drafting.

Jessica also presents design and construction-industry courses on design and construction-related issues. Jessica previously practiced in architecture firms for six years, and now applies her first-hand experience in the design and construction industry to representing her clients.
