Jeremy R. Wallace
Jeremy Wallace represents individual and corporate clients in contract disputes and business tort cases in state and federal courts.
Jeremy advocates for clients throughout the litigation process, from pleadings and discovery to trial and alternative dispute resolution. His experience includes cases involving allegations of breach of contract, tortious interference, fraud, deceptive trade practices, and violations of the Texas Insurance Code. Following client success in litigation, Jeremy protects client rights by enforcing their judgments through garnishments, property executions, lien foreclosure, and other mechanisms.
Prior to joining Clark Hill, Jeremy was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force assigned to the National Security Agency in Washington, DC. As a law student, Jeremy interned for The Honorable Amos L. Mazzant III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and The Honorable Chief Judge Brenda Rhoades of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Additionally, he served as President of the International Law Review at SMU.

- Represented national insurance provider in multi-party mediation, secured take nothing award in favor of client.
- Drafted briefs in numerous federal court cases, successfully compelling claims against national insurer client to arbitration.
