Jennifer L. Rozdzielski
Jennifer L. Rozdzielski is an Associate in Clark Hill's Immigration practice group. Jennifer is proficient in immigration deportation defense, family immigration and federal litigation. She has represented thousands of clients in immigration court and has successfully litigated applications for cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers and asylum. Additionally, she has obtained bond and immigration benefits for numerous detained clients. She also represents clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services [USCIS] in diverse matters including family-based petitions, waivers, consular processing and naturalization. Jennifer further expanded her practice and has represented clients with writ of mandamus and Administrative Appeals Act actions before the Federal District Courts. Jennifer first discovered her passion for immigration law while externing with the Office of the Chief Counsel, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in Phoenix, Arizona. This work provided her with unique insights into deportation matters.
Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, The Supreme Court of the United States, the Central District Court of California, the Southern District Court of California, and the Eastern District Court of California. Jennifer obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She obtained the Cali Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law. She graduated from Arizona State University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Jennifer is currently serving as a Southern California liaison for AILA. She was selected to the Southern California Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2020.
