Jason M. Saruya
Jason M. Saruya is an Associate at Clark Hill in the Litigation group. He assists with every aspect of litigation from pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery practice, and even participating in three trials in both state and federal court. Jason advises and defends businesses in litigation involving products liability, labor and employment, intellectual property, business torts, customs and trade issues, and complex commercial contract disputes
Jason began as a summer associate at Clark Hill, working in the Labor and Employment group. Jason earned his law degree from the Drexel University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was an Associate Editor for the Drexel Law Review.
Jason won the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for Best Student Performances in Civil Procedure and Constitutional Law. He also served as a Teaching Assistant for Civil Procedure, and participated in the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Program, where he taught and coached high school students in a national moot court competition.
Jason graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Government and Politics. Jason has also interned for United States Congressman Ted Deutch and the Maryland Attorney General.
Jason is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
