Jason M. Saruya
Jason M. Saruya is an Associate with the Litigation Group in Clark Hill’s Philadelphia office. In his first month as an attorney, Jason assisted with a five day jury trial, obtaining a favorable result for the client.
Jason began as a summer associate at Clark Hill, working in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. Jason earned his law degree from the Drexel University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was an Associate Editor for the Drexel Law Review.
Jason won the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for Best Student Performances in Civil Procedure and Constitutional Law. He also served as a Teaching Assistant for Civil Procedure, and participated in the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Program, where he taught and coached high school students in a national moot court competition.
Jason graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Government and Politics. Jason has also interned for United States Congressman Ted Deutch and the Maryland Attorney General.
Jason is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
