He guides his clients through the entirety of the transaction process while assisting in evaluating and understanding the many legal issues presented.
A significant portion of James’ practice focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts to meet the strategic needs and goals of his clients. James frequently counsels clients in the areas of technology, automotive, aerospace, and other emerging growth industries. This experience includes representing clients in a broad range of commercial transactions relating to the manufacture, sale, and distribution of goods as well as the protection and licensing of intellectual property.
