He helps long-term care facilities and related entities defend allegations of improper care to community and facility residents and healthcare patients. Ian also provides advice and solutions to clients to help them continue their important roles in the healthcare industry.

Ian has experience in prosecuting and defending personal injury lawsuits involving a broad range of claims, including violations of the Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act, Patient’s Bill of Rights, Unfair Business Practices, Battery, Negligence, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress, Fraud, Fiduciary Abuse, and Premises Liability.
