Hany Nicola defends healthcare providers and long-term care facilities in civil lawsuits involving claims of elder abuse, dependent adult abuse, violation of patient’s rights, willful misconduct, medical/nursing malpractice, fraud, and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Hany has also represented both healthcare and non-healthcare clients in general liability and premises liability lawsuits. In addition, he has defended healthcare professionals in matters pending before the Medical Board of California, California Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and California Board of Psychology.

Hany is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
