Evan HebertEvan Hebert Clark Hill
Evan Hebert joined the firm in September 2018 after graduating summa cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law. Evan also earned his undergraduate degree in International Relations at Michigan State.
Evan’s academic work was published in the Spring 2018 volume of the Texas Tech Journal of Administrative Law. His article discusses the applicability of various Freedom of Information Act exemptions to police personnel records and proposes technology-enabled reforms, including the proactive release of data relating to internal affairs investigations. Evan was recognized as a blogger by Legal News and won a grant from MSUFCU as part of a social media competition in 2017. In addition, Evan served as Articles Editor of the Michigan State University Law Review from 2017-18.
Prior to attending law school, Evan worked in education as a high school policy debate coach. He was once a collegiate policy debate champion in the Frosh-Sophomore division, and remains interested in rhetoric and communications theory—especially as these relate to the practice of law.
In his free time, Evan enjoys SCUBA diving, drop-in hockey, and walking his golden-doodle, Hazel.
