Elaine Berguin has a demonstrated history of expertise and mastery of subject matter. With over ten years of experience, she is well versed in all aspects of the litigation process including drafting documents, document review, gathering and analyzing evidence, interviewing witnesses, communicating with clients, identifying and working with experts, and trial preparation.

Elaine’s civil litigation practice areas include insurance defense, commercial litigation, premises liability, construction defect, maritime law, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. She has previously worked in the fields of civil appellate, criminal appellate, and toxic tort. Through this broad range of experience, she has developed various skills including the ability to think logically and analytically to identify and evaluate key concepts and facts related to a specific case.
