M. Edward Burdzinski has provided trusted, practical legal services to businesses and individuals for more than 30 years, including over 12 years as general counsel of a community bank. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate finance, entity formation, real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts and general business matters.
