Delaney L. Beier
Delaney L. Beier counsels clients on a wide variety of fidelity and surety matters by analyzing coverage issues and representing clients in litigation at both the state and federal levels.
Delaney represents clients in cases involving fidelity bond claims, as well as other coverage matters, in both state and federal courts across the country. Delaney’s practice involves all aspects of case management and litigation and provides clients with the counseling they need to navigate complex coverage disputes.
Prior to joining Clark Hill, Delaney gained valuable experience while in law school clerking for an insurance defense law firm, as well as working as a claims and compliance intern for a surety company ranked in the top-15 of surety bond writers. She also worked as a student attorney with Drake University’s Entrepreneurial/Transactional Clinic, assisting with entity selection, document formation, and ongoing compliance concerns of small businesses. She was selected as an alternate for the Fulbright-Schuman Program for her research proposal concerning corporate social responsibility throughout the European Union.
