David W. Corneil
David Corneil’s practice focuses on the defense of Products Liability claims involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, supplements, life sciences, and commercial products. David also regularly represents clients in business disputes, warranty litigation, insurance disputes, commercial transactions, and premises liability claims.
Prior to joining Clark Hill PLC, David practiced Mass Torts, Personal Injury, and Real Estate Litigation. Over his career David has successfully guided individual and corporate clients through every stage of litigation all over California and in several other jurisdictions. David received his J.D. from California Western School of Law where he was an editor of the School’s Law Review and International Law Journal, and worked with the California Innocence Project. David also served as a judicial extern to US Magistrate Judge Louisa Porter.
