David W. Corneil
David Corneil’s practice focuses on the defense of claims arising in the fields of Products Liability, Insurance Litigation, Toxic Tort, Habitability, Warranty Litigation, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals. David also represents corporate and individual clients in the long-term care sector in cases against residential care facilities for the elderly and skilled nursing facilities involving claims of elder abuse, intentional torts, wrongful death, fraud, emotional distress, unfair business practices and violation of statutory duties.
Prior to joining Clark Hill PLC, David practiced Mass Torts, Personal Injury, and Real Estate Litigation. Over his career David has successfully guided individual and corporate clients through every stage of litigation all over California and in several other jurisdictions. David received his J.D. from California Western School of Law where he was an editor of the School’s Law Review and International Law Journal, and worked with the California Innocence Project.
