Representative Experience

  • Respond to privacy and security related incidents by conducting investigation and risk assessment, managing federal and state breach notification and reporting, and providing remediation.
  • Advise on privacy compliance matters, including drafting standard operating procedures to ensure reasonable safeguard for consumer data, reviewing privacy and security policies and procedures, responding to oversight audits, reviewing contracts and purchase orders, and provide consult on business practices and agency actions under state and federal privacy law (FTI, PII, and PHI, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and health exchange privacy and security regulations).
