Cynthia Rosen litigates a variety of commercial and tort disputes arising in the construction industry. She handles construction defect matters, breach of contract claims, personal injury and wrongful death claims. She represents companies in a variety of disputes such as toxic tort, non-subscriber claims and employment disputes. Cynthia also advises clients on related business issues such drafting and negotiating construction project agreements and risk analysis.

Born in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico and raised in a small southeast Texas town, Cynthia is fully bilingual and bicultural and is a certified Texas mediator.

She has lectured on a variety of topics including construction contracts, social media in the workplace, and generational differences in the workplace.

She served for several years on the board of directors of the San Antonio Bar Association Construction Law Section. Most recently, Cindy served for two years as staff counsel to the fourteen Bexar County Civil District Courts.

Cindy is a committed advocate for breast cancer support and research and been an active volunteer for Susan G. Komen San Antonio, most recently serving as president of the board of directors.
