Courtney G. Taylor
Courtney G. Taylor is an associate in the International Law, Trade and Transactions Business Unit. She focuses on antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, customs, export controls, and economic sanctions and embargoes.
Prior to joining Clark Hill and while earning her J.D., Courtney interned at both the International Trade Commission, Office of Commissioner Johanson, and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Commercial Law Development Program.
Courtney earned her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law and the University of Ottawa in a dual degree program. At American University she was engaged in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society as Captain of the Frankfurt Bilateral Investment Treaty Arbitration Moot Court team. Courtney was also semi-finalist in the William & Mary Negotiation Tournament. She was a staff member of the American University International Law Review, in which she wrote her note on investor state dispute settlement in the Transpacific Partnership Agreement.
