Chloe Donoghue

Chloe Donoghue advises clients on both residential and commercial property transactions. 

Chloe has experience advising private clients, companies, developers and receivers on a range of property matters including the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of residential and commercial property.  

Chloe also advises clients on various property law issues including landlord and tenant law and the investigation and rectification of title issues.

Chloe graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Civil Law and Society. Chloe trained in a mid-tier firm in Dublin where she gained experience in property law, corporate law, litigation and banking.
