Caleb A. Davis represents his clients in high-stakes and complex business litigation.

Caleb is experienced in trial and appellate work and represents plaintiffs and defendants in financial services, corporate governance, director/manager fraud, antitrust, securities and investments fraud, real estate, and contract disputes litigation. He has represented many Fortune100 and Fortune500 companies.

Prior to law school, Caleb was a decorated United States Marine Corps officer and Naval Aviator. He achieved the rank of Captain and earned accommodation for planning counterinsurgency and information operations at NATO Regional Command Southwest Afghanistan. Before this role, Caleb was a Marine Corps pilot. He flew the CH-53e, TH-57, and T-6A aircraft.
