Brandon J. Verdream

Brandon J. Verdream is a Senior Attorney in the Litigation Group in Clark Hill’s Pittsburgh office where he represents businesses and individuals in white collar and other criminal cases at the trial and appellate levels.  No stranger to complex, “bet the company” cases, Brandon represents businesses and executives in criminal matters, governmental investigations, and administrative matters. He has tried cases in federal and state courts, and has successfully argued before the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  He has defended clients in criminal trials and in grand jury proceedings.  Brandon has also executed corporate internal investigations and designed corporate governance policies and procedures.

Immediately prior to joining Clark Hill, Brandon was an associate at a Pittsburgh law firm where he defended clients in criminal cases, commercial litigation, products liability cases, and insurance related matters.

Brandon is also a former Certified Public Account (CPA). After attending law school, Brandon was a Senior Associate with KPMG LLP where he provided tax consulting services to Fortune 500 and other publicly traded companies. Prior to attending law school, Brandon was a Senior Associate with KPMG LLP where he served as the lead engagement associate for a national audit client.

Brandon has been selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition, 2015, 2016 and 2017 – an honor bestowed upon the top 2.5 percent of Pennsylvania lawyers.
