Bonnie Sinclair has a diverse background in healthcare, with a primary focus in healthcare regulatory compliance and hospital operations. She is Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

With more than 25 years of experience in hospitals and health systems, Bonnie has provided legal advice and support to the board of directors, executive management, and the medical staff regarding issues involving federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, healthcare transaction structuring, hospital operations, fraud and abuse, data privacy and security, telehealth, licensure and accreditation, credentialing, reimbursement, clinical research, and responding to governmental investigations and inquiries.

Prior to her law firm experiences, Bonnie has worked in-house as the Director of Legal Services/Director of Physician Legal Services for Seton Healthcare (now, Ascension Seton). Bonnie was seconded to the Corporate Legal Department of Memorial Hermann Health System where she drafted, analyzed, structured, and negotiated healthcare and commercial transactions.  She also served as Associate General Counsel & Associate Director of Risk Management for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Bonnie is certified as an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) by the Risk & Insurance Management Society, Inc. of the Insurance Institute of America.  Her previous experience includes her role as an emergency room nurse. She remains licensed as a registered nurse in both Texas and California, and a public health nurse in California.
