Bailey J. Whitsitt

Bailey Whitsitt assists clients in various litigation matters such as contested guardianship, fraud liability, and tax. 

She has helped clients open decedents’ estates, establish guardianship of both minors and persons with disabilities, and create special needs trusts. Bailey has also assisted clients with initial case evaluation in various litigation matters such as identity theft, construction contract disputes, class actions, and products liability.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Bailey worked as a summer associate for the firm in 2019. Bailey also worked as a law clerk and extern where she honed her skills in the courtroom.
