Autumn L. Moore
Autumn Moore is a trusted advisor to her clients providing practical legal and business solutions to employment disputes. Her work includes wage and hour class actions, single plaintiff litigation, and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
Autumn helps clients find human based solutions to the problems facing their employees. As part of her practice, Autumn resolves employment matters for employers in state and federal courts, arbitration and government administrative agencies including, but not limited to, claims of FEHA-related harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower actions, PAGA representative actions, retaliation, and wage and hour class actions.
Advising and counseling her clients on employment relationship issues takes many forms but can include personnel management, discipline and termination, and policies and practices around leave of absence issues. She ensures that all of these solutions are suitable to the size and culture of the organization. As a strategic partner to her clients, Autumn performs workplace investigations dealing with complex employment issues. She particularly enjoys counseling clients on employment law compliance and helping develop strategies to keep employees happy which keeps the business thriving.
