Andrew R. Miller assists clients with policy and regulatory challenges through federal government advocacy and legislative and regulatory analysis.

Andrew works with private and public sector clients and provides legislative, regulatory, and budgetary analysis. He works closely with clients on a variety of issues, including infrastructure, land use, science and technology, energy, and transportation.

Andrew applies his experience in the U.S. Senate as he advises clients on their advocacy strategies and helps them overcome pressing challenges to their business models. He previously worked for U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) as both a legislative correspondent and special assistant. In his legislative capacity, Andrew worked on energy matters, including those before the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and its subcommittees on aviation and space. He secured the inclusion of multiple amendments to the Aircraft Safety and Certification Reform Act, which was signed into law in December 2020. He also helped to develop amendments that were included in the Senate-passed U.S. Innovation and Competition Act.

Prior to working in the Senate, Andrew was the campaign manager for a local city council campaign. He understands the importance of grassroots campaigning, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
