Andrew Maher serves as bond counsel and borrower’s counsel to governmental and non-profit entities as well as underwriter’s counsel and bank counsel to financial institutions in public and private offerings of municipal securities and other similar transactions.

Andrew oversees the structuring and closing of multiple series of taxable and tax-exempt municipal securities in both public and private securities offerings and advises clients on federal securities law, tax law, and other laws and regulations related to the issuance of municipal securities.

Banks and other financial institutions seek Andrew’s counsel in transactions related to the underwriting of publicly offered municipal securities and with respect to privately placed securities. He also represents both banks and borrowers in federally taxable and tax-exempt loans.
