Andrea Cook represents property owners, developers, retail stores, and management companies at both the state and federal level. Her practice is centered on resolving complex disputes involving premises liability, product liability, and business litigation cases.

Andrea defends clients in high-stakes litigation and she has extensive experience in handling and defending complex expert and corporate representative depositions. Andrea’s experience includes first-party property insurance claims involving catastrophic property and personal insurance claims, as well as third-party casualty matters involving wrongful death and severe physical injuries.

Having served as a municipal attorney for the City of Chicago, Andrea gained valuable trial experience defending police misconduct cases involving false imprisonment, excessive force, and wrongful death.

Andrea also serves as an adjunct law professor at the University of North Texas-Dallas.
