Amy H. McCrossen works with employers to ensure statutory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as consults on best practices in how employers should handle employee disputes.

In her practice, Amy helps employers both nationwide and locally in the Pittsburgh area navigate a variety of employment-related matters. This includes defending them in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. However, keeping her clients out of court is her primary goal and to that end, she works hard to keep them up to date on employer compliance issues, workforce management, and employee relations issues.
