Alexander Rauda helps public and private sector clients navigate the federal appropriations process through providing research and analysis of legislative, regulatory, and policy-related developments.
Alexander’s experience includes working in Governor Larry Hogan’s Office of Federal Affairs, where he monitored developments on the bipartisan infrastructure bill. Working at the cross-section of policy and regulatory affairs, he presented a policy paper to the Governor’s cabinet on how to best implement broadband expansion while including key stakeholders of Maryland’s residents, companies, state agencies, and municipalities.
Having previously worked at CRD Associates, he monitored legislative and regulatory developments for clients in the House Committee of Appropriations, focusing on Labor-Health and Human Services, Defense, and Energy Subcommittees.
