Their efforts are vital to managing the litigation process and complex transactions our attorneys handle every day. Insurance Claims Paralegal – Detroit, MI

Clark Hill PLC is in need of a Paralegal with at least 2-3 years of experience for its Litigation Practice Group in Detroit, MI.  Ideal candidates should have insurance claims experience including early resolution experience. Experience working with Lemon laws is also required.  Candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Qualified candidates must be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate will be considered. Construction Paralegal – Phoenix, AZ

Clark Hill PLC is in need of a Paralegal to support the Construction practice group in our Phoenix office. Responsibilities for this role include organizing and reviewing large volumes of documents; assisting attorneys in the selection of relevant records; interacting with clients, witnesses, and experts to coordinate exchange of information and preparation for depositions or trial; developing Excel spreadsheets, MS Word tables, or other organizational tools to manage information; reviewing and summarizing deposition transcripts; and coordinating and assisting in the development of illustrative exhibits and materials for demonstration at trials or hearings. 

Qualified candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. All candidates must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Relativity, Concordance, and Trial Director (or equivalent) is preferred. Qualified candidates must be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Litigation experience considered a plus. Litigation Paralegal – San Diego, CA

Clark Hill is in need of a Paralegal with 2-5 years of experience for its Litigation Practice Group in San Diego, CA.  Experience with mass torts and multi-plaintiff litigations is preferred.  Responsibilities for this role include drafting routine correspondence and legal documents; preparing pleadings and subpoenas; responding to discovery requests; collecting, organizing, and reviewing records; and researching various issues related to civil litigation. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be able to learn new programs as they are introduced.  Qualified candidates must be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Immigration Paralegal - San Francisco, CA

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Paralegal with at least 1-2 years of experience to join the Immigration Practice Group in our San Francisco office. Strong candidates will be familiar with the procedures governing employment-based immigration.  Experience with several of the following types of cases is preferred: physician J-1 waiver applications, H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140 petitions, I-485 applications (including those related to I-130 petitions), and N-400 applications. Responsibilities will include preparing filings for submission to USCIS and state departments of health, communicating with clients, completing forms, gathering documentation to support our clients’ applications, and more. All candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Immigration Paralegal – Washington, D.C. 

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an experienced paralegal to join the Immigration Practice Group in our Washington, D.C. office. Strong candidates will be familiar with the procedures governing family-based immigration, consular processing, asylum, removal defense, and electronic case filing with U.S. federal courts (preferred). Responsibilities will include preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and immigration court, communicating with clients, completing forms, gathering facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications and motions, drafting declarations, and more.
