Entry Level Data Entry Clerk – Chicago, IL

Clark Hill PLC is in need of an entry level Data Entry Clerk for the Insurance/Reinsurance business unit in our Chicago office.  Ideal candidates should possess superior computer skills, including word, excel, and databases; and a high-level of attention to detail.  Experience in Filemaker Pro Databases is a plus.  Qualified candidates should also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Fidelity & Surety Paralegal - Collin County, TX

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an experienced paralegal to join the Fidelity and Surety Group in our Collin County office. Strong candidates will have 10-15 years of litigation or comparable experience.  Trial preparation experience required.  Responsibilities will include document management and discovery, drafting skills of various documents, assist with trial preparation and trials and coordinate filing of complex pleadings. All candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills.  Qualified candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Labor & Employment Paralegal – Detroit, MI

Clark Hill PLC is in need of an experienced Paralegal for its Labor & Employment business unit in Detroit, MI.  Responsibilities for this role include drafting routine correspondence and legal documents; collecting, organizing, and reviewing records; assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation; and managing complex files.  Experience working with Affirmative Action plans is preferred.  Familiarity with e-discovery software is also preferred.
