Clark Hill's Paralegals are considered members of our Professional Staff. They play significant roles in our service delivery, developing close working relationships with our clients. Our paralegals are credentialed and experienced individuals, and we provide them with tools and cutting-edge technology to perform their work at the highest level. Their efforts are vital to managing the litigation process and complex transactions our attorneys handle every day. As our firm experiences continued growth, we seek paralegals to team with our attorneys in a variety of practice areas

Litigation Paralegal – Chicago, IL

Clark Hill PLC is in need of a Paralegal with at least 1 year of experience for its Litigation practice group in Chicago, IL.  Responsibilities for this role include drafting routine correspondence and legal documents; collecting, organizing, and reviewing records; assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation; and managing complex commercial litigation files.  Experience working with e-discovery software is required.  Candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills.  Qualified candidates must be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate will be considered.  To apply, interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume. ​

Real Estate Paralegal – Chicago, IL

Clark Hill is in need of a Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience for its Real Estate business unit in Chicago.  Candidates must have the following Real Estate experience: commercial and residential real estate purchase/sale transactions; financing and leasing in Chicago; and title preparation and clearance.  Candidates with the following experience are preferred: preparation of corporate minutes and the maintenance of corporate minute books; formation of corporations and limited liability companies; and support for SS-4 applications and EIN numbers.  Qualified candidates should possess excellent computer skills, and a high-level attention to detail. Qualified candidates should also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Immigration Paralegal (Experienced) - Detroit, MI or Washington, DC

Clark Hill PLC is seeking experienced paralegals to join the Immigration Practice Group in our Washington, D.C. and Detroit, MI offices. Strong candidates will have 2+ years of immigration law or comparable experience.  Experience with high volume work required.  Responsibilities will include preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and immigration court, communicating with clients, completing forms, gathering facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications and motions, drafting declarations, and more.  All candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills.  Qualified candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Immigration Paralegal – Detroit, MI or Washington, DC

Clark Hill PLC is looking for entry-level paralegals to join the Immigration business unit in our Washington, D.C. and Detroit, MI offices. Responsibilities for this role include preparing various documents on behalf of clients for submission to US immigration agencies. All candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Law firm experience is strongly preferred.
