Data Analyst – Chicago, IL

Clark Hill PLC is in need of a Data Analyst for the Insurance/Reinsurance business unit in our Chicago office. Ideal candidates should possess superior computer skills, including a base of C++ scripts, word, excel and databases; with a high-level of attention to detail. Qualified candidates should also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Fidelity & Surety Paralegal - Collin County, TX

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an experienced paralegal to join the Fidelity and Surety Group in our Collin County office. Strong candidates will have 10-15 years of litigation or comparable experience.  Trial preparation experience required.  Responsibilities will include document management and discovery, drafting skills of various documents, assist with trial preparation and trials and coordinate filing of complex pleadings. All candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills.  Qualified candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate Paralegal – San Francisco, CA

Clark Hill is in need of a paralegal with at least 3 years of experience for its real estate practice group in San Francisco.  This paralegal will be responsible for document and file management, review of documents, preparation of chronologies, providing litigation support to attorneys for depositions and trial, and assisting with drafting discovery and responses.  Candidates must have experience supporting a busy litigation practice.  Real estate experience is a plus.  Qualified candidates should possess excellent computer skills, a high-level attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
