Labor & Employment Paralegal – Detroit, MI

Clark Hill PLC is in need of a paralegal with 5+ years of experience for its Labor & Employment business unit in Detroit, MI.  Responsibilities for this role include drafting routine correspondence and legal documents; collecting, organizing, and reviewing records; assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation; and managing complex files.  Experience working with Affirmative Action plans is preferred.  Familiarity with e-discovery software is also preferred. Immigration Paralegal – Los Angeles, CA

Clark Hill is seeking a paralegal to join the Immigration group in our Los Angeles, CA office. Responsibilities will include preparing filings for submission to USCIS and other government agencies, communicating with clients, completing forms, and gathering documentation to support our clients’ applications.  All candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Qualified candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  Experience using Microsoft Office products and INSZoom preferred. Experience as a Paralegal preferred but not required. Tax & Estate Planning Paralegal – Flexible Location

Clark Hill PLC is in need of an entry level Paralegal for the Tax and Estate Planning business unit in our Pittsburgh or Washington, DC office.  This person will be responsible for clients’ tax preparation and must have a working knowledge of tax preparation software.  Knowledge of Lackner Estates and Trust Administration software is preferred.  Qualified candidates should possess excellent computer skills, strong math skills, and a high-level attention to detail. Qualified candidates should also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate is required. A background in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Full-time or part-time availability will be considered. Real Estate Paralegal – San Francisco, CA

Clark Hill is in need of a paralegal for its real estate practice group in San Francisco.  This paralegal will be responsible for document and file management, review of documents, preparation of chronologies, providing litigation support to attorneys for depositions and trial, and assisting with drafting discovery and responses.  Candidates must have experience supporting a busy litigation practice.  Real estate experience is a plus.  Qualified candidates should possess excellent computer skills, a high-level attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Immigration Paralegal – Washington D.C.

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an experienced paralegal with 1 year of experience to join the Immigration Business Unit in our Washington, D.C. office. Strong candidates will be familiar with the procedures governing family-based immigration, consular processing, asylum, naturalization, waivers, removal defense, and electronic case filing with U.S. federal courts (preferred). Responsibilities will include preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and immigration court, drafting affidavits, communicating with clients, completing forms, gathering facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications and motions, drafting declarations, and more. All candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish is preferred. Qualified candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or a Paralegal Certificate will be considered.
