Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment group has created two on-demand online eLearning courses to provide employers a cost-effective method for training in two critical workplace topics: Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation in the Workplace and Workplace Violence.

  • Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation: This 45-minute course will provide a comprehensive content overview of various forms of discrimination and harassment in the workplace utilizing interactive technology and scenarios.  At the end of the course, each employee will be asked to pass a 10 question quiz that will review the key principles of the program before being awarded a completion certificate.
  • Workplace Violence: Developed in partnership with former FBI Agents at AG Advisors, this 30-minute course will provide training utilizing OSHA and Homeland Security guidelines to increase awareness of workplace violence, and provide high-level guidance of what to do in the event of an active shooter.  This course allows each person to personalize their own work location and environment to a potential active shooter situation, and discuss the different options utilizing our expert’s knowledge of best practices.

For each online course, the attendee has the ability to stop the course and resume at a later time at the same place.  In addition, you as the employer will be able to track the completion status of the assigned attendees.

If you have your own Learning Management System, these courses can be exported for use within your existing learning catalog. Pricing for each course is dependent on the number of users.
