The recipient is awarded based upon their body of work, their selfless contribution and its impact on building community relationships, which promote and connect Michigan’s artists to a larger audience around the world.
“Joe (Voss) is a consummate professional, an endlessly knowledgeable resource and best friend an artist could ever hope to meet once in their life, let alone have that person available to consult with right here in Michigan,” explained Festival Director, Anthony E.
