Tax Law Attorney Kenneth S. Wear Joins Clark Hill
Clark Hill announced today that Kenneth S. Wear has joined the firm’s Pittsburgh, PA office as Senior Counsel in the Corporate Law Practice Group. Wear focuses on international, federal and state tax issues relating to business transactions, structuring, restructuring, planning and compliance.
Wear counsels clients on a wide variety of legal matters including the tax planning, analysis and negotiation of asset and equity acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures involving corporations, pass-throughs and disregarded entities, public and private debt and equity financing. He has experience in the tax aspects of oil and gas transactions and operations, investment funds and financial products, cross-border investments and operations, and compensation and benefits. Wear also advises individuals with respect to the tax aspects of trusts and foreign account reporting.
