Detroit, MI – The International Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will present an immigration related series at the State Bar of Michigan NEXT Conference in Detroit, Michigan on September 28, 2017. The four-part series titled, “The Face of Immigration Under a New Administration: Policy & Practice,” will review immigration laws under the Trump administration. Topics include a historical review of immigration policy; the legal impact of new laws on business immigration; criminal aliens and inadmissibility; family-based immigration; and asylum and refugee issues. This series will be presented by:
